Good Morning, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Bangkok Smile for the excellent level of customer service and exceptional dental care provided to my family during our recent visit to Thailand. I was incredibly pleased with the results of all the work completed on my daughter, wife and myself. Throughout the whole process our needs were met with a high degree of professionalism and personal care. The dentists who performed the work were extraordinary! At no time were we unaware of what was going on. Each procedure, and the need for that procedure, was explained in detail. When ever a new procedure was to be used our differing tolerances to pain were taken into account. My wife came to Thailand with the expectation of having to have her teeth removed and two full dental plates inserted. Your consultation process enabled her to understand that things were not as bad as she thought and the result was with some bridge work, a plate, an extraction and some fillings she was able to keep her own teeth and has ended up with a truly beautiful smile. Thank you for giving her that back! We felt like we were part of the process and our wants and needs were the things that counted most. A truly different experience from I have been used to here in Australia! The reception team are to be commended on being professional and caring! They went out of their way to ensure that the appointments that they made did not infringe on our holiday plans and for that I would like to thank them. Every time we arrived at your surgery we were greeted with smiles and a real concern for how we were feeling. I have already recommended your team to a number of people who are considering going to Thailand for a holiday! Once again thank you for a wonderful experience!

Dear Dr. Piyamas Luppayawijit/ Staff,
Just wanted to write to express my gratitude to yourself and the friendly staff at Bangkok Smile Dental for the professional work performed on my Teeth and professionalism displayed overall.
The whole experience was extremely pleasant and the willingness of the staff to accommodate my travel commitments (which must have been a headache with my limited stays in Bangkok ) was greatly appreciated.
I am back in Melbourne and the Teeth feel great (fillings and Veneers feel and look great.)
I hope everyone is doing well and i hope you and the baby are doing well also.

Dear all at the clinic,
Sawasdee Kah! We have just arrived home after a long, sleepless overnight flight. I hate planes even more than I dislike going to the dentist. When I am properly awake I will write you a longer letter concerning your services. I can only say at this moment that my wife and I feel so good about your
clinic that we wish we could visit everyday just to see your smiling staff and the lovely doctors. I am already missing Drs Sunisa and Kobthong in particular. Only time will tell but we are very pleased with everything and people are rushing to look at us and seek our opinions.
